20 Petals
20 Petals is my graduate project from the Digital Design program, it combined all the knowledge I get from this whole year at the program.
It’s an ancient Mexican legend about two lovers and a promise that goes beyond distance, time and death.
I choose this particular legend because it’s really beautiful and not a lot of people is aware of it, I wanted my audience feel moved and learn more about Mexican culture. Some technics as 3D and 2D animation were used to get the viewer engaged to the story and also frame by frame animation to achieve an organic movement.
