Goal
To improve and increase the store opening process to 100%, since now at days the process take to much time and some information get lost.
Solution
We create an app where the users could keep a record of all the process of opening a new store and the people in the company would receive that information at the instant.
While we do some research we found that one of the principals problems was that there was enough communication between the users and the people in the company and sometimes they spend between 3 days to reply a message. We add an internal chat to improved that communication.
Also we add an agenda so it would be easy for the users to make an appointment and they didn´t had to depend in other person.
